Read the reviewA US-only survey panel run by Dynata, with points that expire after a year and a $50 minimum to redeem. We have not tested it yet, so this page sticks to the company's terms and help pages.
Opinion Outpost is a paid survey site where you earn points by finishing online surveys. According to its terms it is run by Dynata, a market research company. This is a directory review. We have not tested it with a real account, so there is no score or earnings figure. The facts below come from the company's terms and its how-it-works page.
You sign up for free, then complete short surveys and earn points when you finish. The company says it emails you when new surveys are available, and that the site works on mobile, tablet and desktop. The sign-up form asks personal questions such as occupation and education, which the company says helps match you with surveys.
The terms say the services are available to individuals residing in the United States. The sign-up form asks for a five digit ZIP code, which fits that. The minimum age is 17, and minors can take part only with parental consent, through a parent's account.
The terms set the minimum redemption at the equivalent of $50, unless a lower option is available, and say Dynata may offer lower thresholds without notice. They mention redeeming points for rewards, prize draws and charitable donations, with virtual Mastercard or Visa cards named. Its how-it-works page, however, says points can be redeemed for cash through PayPal and that vouchers are available. Because the two pages do not match, check the rewards page after you register to see what you can actually choose.
This is the detail most people miss. The terms say points expire one year following posting, unless forfeited or cancelled earlier. With a $50 minimum, that means you need to earn steadily. If you take surveys only now and then, some of your balance may expire before you reach the minimum.
Opinion Outpost is a reasonable option for US residents who plan to answer surveys regularly. The $50 minimum, the one year expiry and the unclear cash option are the points to weigh. Until we have tested it, treat this as a listing to check, not a recommendation.

The terms say points or Panel Currency expire one year following posting, unless they are forfeited or cancelled earlier, for example because of inactivity.
Its how-it-works page says points can be redeemed for cash through PayPal, and that vouchers are offered. Its terms mention virtual Mastercard or Visa cards and say points cannot be redeemed for cash, so check the rewards page for what is available to you.
